Day of Travel

Things to do the day before and day of your flight

Following the recommendations of the Costa Rican Ministry of Health, as a result of COVID-19 and with the aim of optimizing your arrival in the Costa Rican territory, you will need to complete the following Epidemiological Form between 48 and 24 hours prior to your flight. You can enter from your browser to enter the Epidemiological Form.

Once you have completed the form a  QR code will be generated, which you can show on your mobile phone.

*TIP: If you are getting errors filling out the Health Pass, make sure you are doing it 48 hours or less before your flight. You can’t fill it out sooner than that. If you are within the 48 hours, the problem may be your web browser. Some people have reported problems when using Chrome. Microsoft Edge and Firefox seem to work without any glitches.
