What to pack?

Travel Documents: Passport, Identification cards (driver's license,) Itinerary, and travel reservations.

Clothing suitable for warm weather, but also a light jacket for the hospital.

Comfortable clothes for the day of your hospital discharge.

Pajamas and comfortable loungewear.

Comfortable shoes for walking.

Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.)

Sunscreen for the day of your tour, or for lounging by the pool.

Medications and a sufficient supply for the duration of your stay (if applicable) and a copy of prescriptions.

At the Airport

Your temperature will be checked when entering airports.

For everyone's safety, all travelers are required to wear a face-covering for their entire flight, unless they are eating or drinking.

Wash your hands often. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub your hands together until they feel dry.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.

Avoid close contact with others. Keep 6 feet of physical distance

A SkyCap Representative will Welcome you right at the aircraft jet bridge, holding a sign with your name on it and the Indushealth Logo.

You will be taken to immigration, officials will check your QR code and only need to review your documentation if needed based on what you submitted online through the Health Pass.

The SkyCap representative will help you carry your luggage through customs and will take you to your driver outside of the airport.
Transportation

Meet the transportation representative of UTL at the Airport Exit, he will be holding a sign with your name on it and will direct you to your Vehicle.

The driver will disinfect your luggage before putting it inside the vehicle.

Drivers will be using facemasks

Cleaning products are available in the vehicle for both passengers and drivers, including an alcohol-based solution of at least 70% and disinfectant.

The patient and companion will be required to use a face-mask while on the vehicles during transfers.
